To order official transcripts visit the registrar's site. Graduation Graduation is held once a year in May. We hold GradFest in April which is an event you will want to attend in order to pick up your cap and gown. You will need to apply for graduation in order for your degree to post and to receive your diploma. Even if you don’t plan to attend graduation, you must apply. It is important to apply during the term which you plan to finish your culminating project in. Please vist the registrar's page to view the deadlines, and download the application for graduation.
