
Master of Arts in Education - Educational Administration Program
Preliminary (Tier 1) Administrative Services Credential
Concordia University offers a program to assist administrators and to equip teachers for administrative responsibility. This program is designed to help the student achieve skills toward effective leadership in elementary and secondary schools and allows them to:
- Develop basic skills in organizational management, coordination of student and staff personnel and communication.
- Become aware of school governance structures and functions.
- Acquire the necessary skills in decision-making, human resource management, public relations and evaluation.
Requirements
Completion of 30 units of coursework for degree, including an action research project.

EDUA 593 Administrative Symposium - 1 unit [must attend 3 during the program]
Capstone Experience
EDR 605 Action Research Project and Oral Presentation (prerequisite: EDUA 581) - 3 units
