You may view your Student Account online. After you sign on, from the Main Menu select "Student Services" then "Student Records" and select: Student Account Summary to view your Student Account.
Forms of Payment Accepted:
- Cash
- Check made payable to Concordia University, Irvine (a $20 fee will be added on all returned checks)
- Money Order
- Cashier's Check
- Traveler's Check
You may call or mail in payment with:
(A 1.9% fee will beadded to all VISA, MC and Disc. credit card transactions) or
(A 2.3% fee will be added to all AMEX credit card transactions)
Pay in person:
Come to the Office of Student Accounts located in the 1st Floor of the Grimm Hall Building, during the fall and spring semester our office hours are Monday through Friday from 8:00a.m. through 4:30p.m. Please click here for our summer hours.
Money order, check or credit card.
Mail your remittance stub with your payment to:

Payments made by your employer or other sponsor:
If your bill is being paid by your employer or an outside agency that requires University billing, please provide documentation indicating address and authorized amount to be billed and return this documentation with the remittance portion of your bill by the due date. In addition, you must complete and mail a Tuition Assistance Form (please contact student accounts to request form). If your sponsor is not paying all of your charges, you are responsible for payment of the difference by the due date. If payment is not received for your share of the charges by the due date, a late penalty will be assessed.
Work Study:
If you choose to have your Work Study funds paid directly to your student account, you must come into Student Accounts and fill out a Student Employee Tuition Payment Agreement for this designation to take place. This form must be filled out every academic year.
